1. TERMS & CONDITION
> Price is for room only and included breakfast. Tioman Island is a duty free island and is not subject to MySST Tax.
> Rate excludes Ferry Ticket, Jetty Shuttle Service, Tourism Tax and Marine Park Conservation Fee.
> Guest is required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (RM3/night) when check-in.
> Cukai Kelestarian is the tax chargable by Pahang government.
> The surcharge will be applied on per room per night for every ROOM ONLY booking on selected dates as below.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
> Non-refundable will be given for unused stays after guest check-in.
> Cancellation made after full payment will incur a 20% fee. Refund process will take up 7 days.
> Customer is allowed to amend the check-in date for free.
> Juara Beach Resort is not liable for any cancellation of ferry due to weather conditions.

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
> Booking must be fully pre-paid.
> Payment must be made in our office or bank into our account as following:
